Can’t express how painless our buying experience was at First Choice Ford. Our salesman Sam was the very picture of the “No pressure” salesman. We came in to look at a few trucks that we’d seen online. He was very much in the background while we looked around, but he was there when we had questions. We were given all the information we needed on the comps and financing options. We walked out with a great truck, given a fair price on our trade, and no negative feelings about our experience.

After over a year of looking for vehicles and interacting with countless horrible car dealerships here in Utah, I found first choice in Wyoming. This was hands-down, the most pleasant, fun, and easy-going car Dealership I could ask for. Marteisha (Marty) is the most kind, outgoing, and funniest person ever which made buying in car that much easier. She answered all my questions, she was very patient, and very understanding. Not once did she push/ pressure me to buy , which in-return, I ended up buying from them anyway. Give this place a shot you wont regret it.

We just bought our third vehicle from First Choice Ford. We didn’t want to buy a new truck, but circumstances forced the issue. While down about the reason for the purchase, the team did all the right things to send us away happy about the final deal. They have been fair to us on every deal, which is why we continue to return, and barring something odd happening, we will go back next time.

We were looking for a very specific Jeep Gladiator and found it at First Choice Ford. Buying sight unseen is always nerve wracking but we were so overly impressed! Very poor customer interaction. I asked Sam and Darien Maes not to pull a credit report on me because I had everything set up with my bank. I asked them specifically to the purchase order to my bank. Moments later I am getting emails from CreditWise that first choice ford is pulling my credit. Very disappointed and disgusted with this dealership but even more disappointed in myself for trusting a lying salesman

We loved that they don't breathe down our necks. Nothing worse than a salesman that's like a sticky booger. These guys are laid back, answer your questions, and even questions you didn't know you had. They let us just do our thing. Our test drives have been unaccompanied and for us, thats a big deal. I had a wonderful experience when recently purchasing a vehicle via First Choice Ford. The Dealership’s staff were very approachable and accommodating. There was an atmosphere of integrity that so many car dealerships lack. Any sense of skepticism and caution I had, were quickly put aside after engaging with the floor staff. The paperwork process was very smooth. All questions were thoroughly and promptly answered. I was also surprised to see how many options you could add-on to your package which reflected not only appreciation for their customers, but an assurance of their long-term commitment to them.
